Founded in 1978, Ontario
Driving School of London Inc., is one of the largest driving schools
in the area and is a name which has acquired the best reputation around.
Ontario
Driving School of London Inc. is a fully bonded Registered Private
Vocational School. We began operations by offering driver education for
automobiles only. Within a short time, Ontario
Truck
Driving School was formed in response to industry needs. This division's
objective is to provide truck and bus drivers professionally trained in
the operation of modern vehicles utilized by today's transportation firms.
Ontario
Driving School of London Inc. has grown from a proprietorship with
three full-time employees to a corporation with more than thirty full and
part-time staff members and offers training in London,
Sarnia,
Chatham and Windsor.
Our truck & trailer
fleet includes raised roof Conventional tractors with various transmissions,
tri-axle & air ride trailers, 48' & 53' van and flatbed trailers
& loaded trailers. Most of the training vehicles are late models with
"dual controls" and are fully insured for
your added safety.
Due to increased truck
traffic between Canada and USA, a Border Crossing Trip was formed in conjunction
with Border Officials to offer our students proper border crossing training.
We have also incorporated a stop at a MTO Inspection station, where MTO
Officials provide our students complete understanding of the importance
of these stations and exactly what is required of drivers.
A few years later, Fork
Lift & Heavy Equipment Courses were introduced to train students
on backhoes, bulldozers, excavators and scrapers.
Creation of these new
courses reaffirms Ontario Truck Driving School's
long standing commitment to safe driving while providing the leading edge
to a new career.
